All FAST-N-SKETCHY® apparel is made to order, which means each item is custom produced once an order is placed.
Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing, fit, or buyer preference. Please review size charts carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Replacements
We are happy to replace items if:

The item arrives damaged

The print or design is incorrect

You receive the wrong item
If there is a clear issue with the product, we will replace it at no cost to you.
How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Returns
Because items are custom made:

Returns are not accepted for sizing or fit issues

Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:

A replacement is not possible, and
-
The issue is confirmed to be a production or fulfillment error
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping Policy Note
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping, including the European Union, is not offered at this time.
